Pensacola Little Theatre invites distinguished arts educators and creative professionals to join our prestigious instructional staff. As a cornerstone of regional performing arts education, we are seeking dedicated teaching artists committed to fostering artistic excellence across the following disciplines:

Available Instructional Positions:

• Acting Instructor (Ages 7–11) — Cultivating foundational performance techniques and grounded expression in young actors. This is our training foundation to prepare for our advanced programs.

• Musical Theatre Audition Techniques for Teens Instructor — Preparing teenage performers for community, professional and collegiate auditions through strategic repertoire selection, slate refinement, rigorous mock audition scenarios, and active confidence building.

• Musical Theatre Teen Company Assistant — Collaborating on musical direction, staging, vocal technique, and advanced choreography for PLT’s elite pre-professional company.

Candidate Qualifications & Standards:

• Demonstrated expertise in theatrical repertoire and pedagogy for diverse age groups

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required (or currently in progress)

• Professional performance experience strongly preferred

• Proven capability in curriculum development, syllabus creation, and classroom management

• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in administrative technologies (Google Workspace)
