Cast

Kismet Dunkerley as Junie B. Jones

From The Addams Family, to Legally Blonde, to Trail to Oregon, to Somebody to Love, Kismet Dunkerley has graced the stage at PLT more times than she can count. This will change once she learns more numbers in first grade!

Anthony "Anfernee" Broughton as Herb

Anthony has performed with PLT since 2012, debuting in the musical Hairspray. He's happy to be back once again on the stage he calls home, with a show that allows neurodivergent individuals to experience theatre in a way that is comfortable and accessible to them. He was last seen as Simon Stride in Jekyll and Hyde. He recently made his directorial debut with Six: Teen Edition. Other notable roles over the years include Sir Lionel (Camelot), Tom Collins (Rent), William Barfee (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), and Fester (The Addams Family).

Veronica Lindholm as Lucille, Bobbie Jean Piper, and Jose

Veronica is tres TRES excited to be in this special and silly show with so many wonderful people! She was last seen in Trail to Oregon here at PLT last spring. She would also like to take the time to thank her friends and family for always encouraging her to do and be her best. A special shoutout to PLT for allowing us to share our art with a whole new community because, of course, THEATER IS FOR EVERYONE!!!

Erin Quinlan as May/Chenille

Erin was a 10-year member of the Pensacola Children's Chorus from 2004 to 2014. She has been delighted to perform in the PLT productions of A Chorus Line (Connie Mackenzie), Cinderella (Ensemble), The Addams Family (Addams Le Fay), Legally Blonde (Ensemble), The Play That Goes Wrong (Ensemble), and Jekyll and Hyde (Ensemble). Erin is excited to jump into First Grade with Junie B. Jones!

Heather Reis as Camille/Grace

Heather recently performed in her first PLT production, Somebody to Love, as Sage, and is happy to be back and performing with PLT before she leaves for college in the fall. In August, she will be attending Millikin University to major in Theatre. She is excited to continue doing what she loves most: performing. When singing, dancing, or acting, she feels she can truly be herself without any judgment. She believes the beauty of art comes without judgment, because in the end, it only matters if you enjoy it.

Davis Bare as SHELDON/LENNIE

Davis Bare is a student at the University of West Florida, majoring in Musical Theatre and Arts Administration. This is his second role at PLT, following Sir Archibald Proops in Jekyll and Hyde (2025). However, he also worked on the production side of Little Red Robin Hood (2023) and Gooney Bird Greene (2025). Outside of PLT, some of his favorite roles include Sasha (Fiddler On The Roof), Pilate (Jesus Christ Superstar), and Malvolio (Twelfth Night). He is super excited to be a part of this special production of Junie B. Jones and to support the neurodivergent community!

Chris Heaney as Mr. Scary/Daddy/Mr. Woo

Chris is excited to play a few parts in Junie B. Jones. He continues to be in awe of the incredible talent he gets to work with on stage and behind the scenes. This is his first role since being cast as Sir Danvers Carew in PLT's production of Jekyll & Hyde in the Summer of 2025. Chris also continues to serve on the PLT Board of Trustees and pitches in to promote and support PLT and the Clark Family Cultural Center whenever he can. (He certainly enjoys making lemonade whenever it is needed;-))

Kelsey Valente as Mother/Mrs.Gutzman

Kelsey Valente is a Senior at the University of West Florida, double-majoring in Musical Theatre and Arts Administration. She has recently been seen in Jesus Christ Superstar and Fiddler on the Roof at UWF. She is excited about her PLT acting debut and hopes you enjoy the show!
