As Pensacola Little Theatre continues to grow and evolve, so do the ways our volunteers support both our productions and our patrons. With expanded programming and the addition of the rooftop bar at the Clark Family Cultural Center, volunteers remain essential to creating a welcoming, seamless experience while we continue to produce meaningful, high-quality art.
We invite you to attend our Volunteer Usher & House Manager Training, open to the public, on Saturday, January 24, 2026. To accommodate schedules, volunteers may choose one of two identical training sessions:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
This training is ideal for returning volunteers seeking a refresher as well as new volunteers interested in getting involved. Past volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend so we can limit day-of-performance training and ensure consistency across all events and performances.
Volunteering at Pensacola Little Theatre takes many forms and supports every stage of a production. From the early phases—such as auditions, costume creation, and set construction—to backstage support during performances, ushering and house management, and finally opening night and the full run of a show, volunteers are involved at every step. Whether your interests lie in working with patrons or supporting productions behind the scenes, there is a meaningful role for you within our theatre community.
Please RSVP by Thursday, January 23rd, and indicate which session you plan to attend so we can properly prepare.
We look forward to welcoming both new and returning volunteers as we continue to grow together at Pensacola Little Theatre.
