AUDITIONS: Next auditions are in August 21, 2023

What to bring to Auditions: one (1) fully memorized monologue, either comedic or dramatic, no longer than 2 minutes.

THE PLT ACADEMY

Founded in 2015 the PLT Academy is a “capstone” acting, improv, and video production company for hard-working teens who are serious about theatre.

Auditions are held annually in August, and if accepted, the student may register for the current school year. Auditions will be held annually, so that each year the Academy consists of new and returning students. Once a student graduates from high school they also graduate from our program and are no longer eligible to enroll in Academy.

For the 2023/2024 school year, the Improv Academy will have 2 shows:

December 1st, 2023 - Improv Show (Each student will be given 2 complimentary tickets)

Spring Show: (TBD by the class)

Last year Pensacola Little Theatre's Academy presented Skid Marks. A play about learning to drive and all the events that comes with driving.
