GROUP TICKETS
The Pensacola Little Theatre offers your group an affordable, exciting opportunity to share a great theatre experience with our group rates for Mainstage and Treehouse Theatre Series productions. We love groups here at the Pensacola Little Theatre and have welcomed the young and young-at-heart from throughout the Pensacola, Northwest Florida and South Alabama areas.
We invite groups to attend our productions. We will do our best to make your trip to the theatre special, fun, entertaining and as hassle-free as possible.
The Pensacola Little Theatre seats 442 patrons, and thus performances may sell out quickly. We recommend that you place a group order as early as possible in order to get tickets for the performance of your choice. Rates may vary based upon show, date, and/or size of group.
Come enjoy professional-quality, live community theatre in the company of friends and colleagues. It only takes 10 to get group savings over regular priced tickets.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
Pensacola Little Theatre welcomes groups attending a theatre production, however, due to the ticketing process, we ask groups to make reservations before arriving at the theatre.
Reservations are required to receive the group rate. "Walk-in" groups will not receive a discount. Group reservations are accepted Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:30 pm. Group discounts are not available for seats in Rows A - E. To make a reservation, please call the PLT Box Office at (850) 432-2042, or fax a request to (850) 438-2787. Advance notice is required!

Group rates apply to tickets ordered for a single performance and paid for in advance of the performance day.
GROUP SIZE
All groups must consist of a minimum of 10 people. Our theatre is an intimate space and every seat is a good one! We can accommodate up to 442 people per performance.
PAYMENT
Payment of the balance due is required one-week prior to the performance day. If payment is not received by the deadline, we may be unable to guarantee your reservation. Groups arriving at the theatre without paid, guaranteed and confirmed orders will be required to purchase tickets at the normal rate. The Pensacola Little Theatre accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. PLT does not offer refunds or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made up to one-week prior to the performance date with no penalty. A cancellation fee will be billed if later than one-week.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
The Pensacola Little Theatre is fully equipped to host those needing special seating and assistance. Please call ahead to let us know so that our staff is available to help! We have handicap access to the theatre with limited wheelchair seating.
CHAPERONES
Adult chaperones must accompany all groups under the age of 18 during a theatre visit. The Pensacola Little Theatre will not assume responsibility for groups left unsupervised as this is the responsibility of the chaperones. Chaperones must accompany persons under the age of 18 to the concession area, restrooms and lobby areas.
DINNER PACKAGES
The Portabello Market, located inside the Cultural Center, offers a menu to fit your group's needs. Arrangements for pre-show dinners must be made through The Portabello Market at least one-week prior to scheduled arrival. Pre-ordered dinner items will be ready when your group arrives at the theatre! Pre-show dinner packages are not available without reservations. ARRIVALS
| Groups should plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to curtain time. | |
| Group leaders should check-in with Box Office and pick-up group tickets. | |
| To avoid disrupting other patrons, late groups are not permitted to enter through the main theatre entrance | |
| The Pensacola Little Theatre does not assume responsibility for unsupervised group members or lost/stolen items. | |
| Cellular telephones, pagers, laser pointers, cameras and the like are to be turned off or left outside the theatre. | |
| Food and drinks are not permitted in the theatre. |
PARKING
On-street parking is available, as well as in the public parking lot immediately to the east of the T. T. Wentworth Florida State Museum along Zaragoza Street. Designated Bus Parking is also available in this lot.
