BOX OFFICE POLICY
Exchanges:
There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for non-season subscriber tickets.
Season Subscribers: we will gladly exchange subscription tickets to a
different performance of the same play. To exchange ring the box office
for new tickets, which can be picked up the day of the show at the Will
Call window.
Seating:
All performances start promptly and are assigned seating. Late seating
is not guaranteed, and late patrons will only be able to enter from the
back of the theatre.
Parking:
Parking can be very limited. Please arrive early. Parking is available
behind the T. T. Wentworth Museum, around Ferdinand Plaza and other various
locations around the Cultural Center.
Disability Accommodations:
The Pensacola Cultural Center is committed to providing access, equal
opportunity and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, activities,
education and employment for individuals with disabilities. To request
disability accommodations, contact the PLT Box Office at least 10-days
in advance at 850-432-2042.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Our theatre is fully accessible for wheelchair patrons.
Please notify the Box Office when booking your tickets.
HEARING ACCESS
Pensacola Little Theatre is pleased to offer hearing assisted devices
to patrons with hearing loss. Devices are available at the Box Office
prior to each performance in the Mainstage Theatre.
