Dr. Michael Brant DeMaria is a practicing clinical psychologist, author and musician with 25 years of experience in the work of guiding others on their life journeys.  A diplomat in expressive therapy he integrates nature and creativity (poetry, play, music, movement and art) in his therapeutic work.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Florida, the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology and the Institute for Integrative Health.  He is the author of Ever Flowing On: On being and becoming oneself, and Horns and Halos: Towards the blessing of darkness.  He has published in numerous professional journals and is a popular workshops presenter and keynote speaker nationally and internationally.  He is the founder and director of Ontos, a consulting company which specializes in helping individuals and groups live more creative, meaningful and satisfying lives.  His art, music and poetry have been shown or heard throughout the US as well as receiving air time in Australia, Europe and Russia. He has played with such national and international musicians as Grammy winner Mary Youngblood, Grammy nominee’s David Darling and Carlos Nakai, Coyote Oldman, Peter Phippen, Jeff Ball, Ash Dargan, and Bill Miller.  His first CD The River was released in fall of 2003 which was voted a staff favorite on Growth House Radio in San Francisco.  His first full length play “Café Mezzo” opened to rave reviews in 2007 and was chosen as the best play of the year for the Loblolly Theatre.  His second CD Ocean and his first book of poetry Moments are both due out in 2008.  You can find out more about Michael and his work at www.ontos.org

Dr. Stephen C. Lott is a clinical child psychologist, who has been working exclusively with children and teenagers for the past 28 years.  He moved to Pensacola in 1991 to accept a position with Psychological Associates P.A. a highly respected group practice.  He assumed the role of head psychologist for the Child Protection Team in Santa Rosa and Escambia County from 1991 to 2001.  Dr. Lott is also a muralist and sculptor.  His murals can be seen in many private homes and public buildings.  His ceramic sculptures have been exhibited in local galleries, and there is a permanent exhibition of his hand sculpted masks in the Gallery at the Pensacola Cultural Center.   He claims to have been involved with the theatre since the womb as his mother was acting in a play while pregnant with him.  However, he did not earn his first official stage credit until the age of five.  Since becoming involved with Pensacola Little Theatre in 1992 he has been honored with 17 awards for acting, set design, scenic art, and direction; including two Vera awards from the Northwest Florida Arts Council.  “A Treehouse Christmas Carol” was the first show that Dr. Lott wrote and directed in 2003; the show is scheduled to be produced again by PLT in December of 2008.  For his direction of “Peter Pan” in 2006 he was presented a special award for “Outstanding Artistic Vision” and the show was granted the People Choice award for best Treehouse Theatre production of the season.
