FACILITIES RENTAL RATES
(rates effective April 18, 2007)

THEATRE (434 Seats Max)

Rehearsal or Short-Day Rental (Daytime - 4 hours or less) $500

  Full theatre rental with use of the Atrium to serve as a lobby; House Manager for performance night and security guard use until 10:00 PM on weeknights.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rental times include any set-ups and room decorations by client(s)

*** All building rentals after 4:00 PM on Saturdays and after 10:00 PM on weeknights require use of a security guard @ $20.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Renter may remain in building past 10:00 PM any day of the week if the proper arrangements are made prior to the event. Sunday rentals require use of a security guard for the duration of the event.

PLT/PCC CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, all room rentals over $100 require a $100 rental and a $100 security deposit, the former amount to be applied to the total room rental rate, and the latter amount to be refunded to the rentor pending there is no damage done to the room(s) rented.

Should a rentor decide to cancel an event, the $100 security deposit shall be refunded within sixty days of the event's cancellation; PLT shall retain the $100 non-refundable room rental deposit. Also, the total balance on the account is due at least two-weeks prior to the event. If the renter chooses to cancel the event more than 14 days before the event date, the renter will not be charged for the room rental. However, if the renter cancels the event after 14 days prior to the event date, the Center will retain the final payment made on the account, or the client will be charged for the balance due for the event.

Regarding Theatre rentals, half the estimated rate is due within fourteen (14) days of the rental request to secure use of the Theatre. This amount excludes all other fees (ie) Technical assistance, backdrops, security guard use, etc. Should the renter decide to cancel an event, the renter receives all but $100 of their deposit; if the event is canceled eight (8) weeks out. However, if the event is canceled less than eight (8) weeks before the scheduled Theatre use, PLT retains the entire deposit. The estimated balance on Theatre rentals is due fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event. This amount also includes estimated technical assistance rates, security guard use and all applicable fees pertaining to the client's Theatre rental.

IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID, CLIENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE THEATRE FOR REHEARSALS OR PERFORMANCES.

A RENTAL IS NOT SECURED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE AND A CONTRACT SIGNED.
